I had a vehicle that would always overheat during highway driving 45 mph plus. One night the radiator failed and had to be replaced after spraying coolant everywhere. After the replacement the truck never overheated again, including a 500 mile interstate drive in one day.

        Hello Eric

2004 Toyota Corolla. There’s a scraping noise coming from the front right wheel only when brakes are applied. I assumed the pads were worn, but upon inspection still have plenty of material left and indicator is no where close to rubbing the rotor. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Love your channel, have watched for almost 3 years now. Still haven’t made it to a meetup, hoping 2017 will be the year.

Thank you for everything you do,

        Mark H.

Update on the situation. Car stalled out and would not restart Friday night, so had it towed home. Went to the local garage where I have all my work done, and explained the situation to them. They looked it up on their database, and suggested that we clean the throttle body. Did that, and the car still would stall out. Next they said to change the crank position sensor, as it was a common fix to the problem we were having. Went and bought the part, replaced the sensor, and the car has ran fine since. Old sensor had alot of carbon buildup on it, so I don’t know if that’s why it was causing trouble or not.

Update, car actually stalled out today, but immediately restarted. Checked codes, there was a code for the MAF sensor, but the car has shown that code for years with no trouble.
