That’s correct but no drain hose in sight either in the drawing or my Astro and I think therein lies my problem

Thanks but I have a similar if not the same drawing from my DIY

Alldata subscription and it doesn’t show or mention the drain hose and/or its proper routing

Thanks I would assume its in that area if in fact it has a drain hose.
Can’t see anything from the engine compartment and I’m somewhat physically disabled.
At this point I’m afraid it would involve taking off the front passenger wheel and maybe even the fender skirt to gain access. Yo know how tightly everything is packed in minivans.
Was hoping somebody knew exactly where it was located and exactly how it is supposed to be routed before I try anything else.

              Thanks

Believe it or not I ordered this Astro brand new in October 1993 and have stayed on top of everything to do with its maintanence ever since.

Two years ago at 250,000 miles my daughter blew the engine and it was replaced with a Jasper of the same model.

Problem has been since the getgo and is worse now because you can only buy cheap Chinese mounts for $5.00 no matter what the brand. Tried some of the better suspension companies but they don’t make them for a 94 Astro.

Yes I do have a vacuum resevoir and the lines going to it are ok. I was thinking something else probably, being that as soon as it kicks out I can reset it and it will work. I would imagine if the vacuum resevoir was depleted from leakage there would not be enoough reseve to reset it. And again resuming via just accelerationg back to where it was set shouldn’t even be possible.

                      Thanks
