I checked the timing belt to see if its in time, and it is…I advanced the throttle by adjusting the TPS and the truck starts and stays on but idles up and down…revs up and then goes down…so its something with the throttle…TPS is new…so I don’t know what else to do…I might break down and take it to a mechanic…I’m at my wits end!!

I have taken off the plenum 3x since replacing the power steering pump… No leaks…. It’s baffling to me… I have been tinkering with cars for 25 years… This has never happened to me before…

Yes… I have spark and fuel…it starts then stalls… If I keep my foot on the gas it will run, but rough…sorry if I didn’t explain it right dreamer2355…

The truck never starts up and runs…just cranks as long as I turn the key…
