I bought an ezcarlift last year… It lifts the car/truck 26 inches off the ground and allows easy access to all areas… It’s also portable and can be stored away very easy… Check it out http://www.ezcarlift.com

I checked all the lines, no leaks…as for air in the system…its a possibility…the pump whines with speed acceleration…not loud, but you hear it…I think you guys are right, might be a faulty reman… I checked the pumps before I installed the reman…I had to transfer the pressure sensor (screws into pump) and a hose fitting…also the pully…I am leaning towards a bad part…but wanted other opinions….Thanks for the responses!!!

I just wanted to update everyone…Eric was right…after all that I checked, it turns out that it was a vacuum leak…I inadvertently left a split washer on one of the 2 studs, and put the intake plenum on top of that, causing the leak, and no start… Eric was right…Thanks to all!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!!

CharlieI cleaned the MAF sensor with the cleaner… Gonna do what you and Eric suggest, and focus on vac leak… Checked timing again and it’s dead on… Must be a vac leak…

That’s the new power steering pump I put in that precipitated all this… I haven’t been able to get the truck running to bleed it out yet…
