      Your best bet is to use a good quality oil/filter, change the oil on time and forget about doing motor flushes. Don’t think there are any manufactures that recommend doing motor flushes due to the risk involved to the engine.

        I suspect the flywheel surface is worn and either needs to be completely resurfaced (including the surface the pressure plate bolts to) or replaced. Many honda owners swear by exedy clutches. You don’t need a stage 1 kit, for a stock engine a stock replacement clutch is fine. A stage 1 clutch kit in your case will only serve to lighten your wallet a little more.
