Personally I would never do this and for the cost of new discs I Dont see why anyone else would either.

If I was going to do it i’d want to check the disc run out first to make sure the disc is not warped i’d also want to clean the rotor up as best i could before hand.

I used to own a 03 mazda 6 the clutches are naturally quite high on my mazda 6 there was adjustment in the pedal to lower the height and bring the biting point down a little if this is already done you’re probably looking at replacing the clutch.

But in terms of your original question it will wear parts out at an accelerated rate if you are continually stalling but once a day you wont notice anything failing that wouldn’t already be failing.

Relays are normally stored in the fusebox inside the engine check the diagram on the fusebox lid and that should tell you where you need to look.

Thank you very much for the Very informative reply πŸ™‚

triple square are Multisplines here i belive I have already ended up buying a set when i had to swap out driveshafts on an audi a3

It’s a main dealer so manufacturer scan tools will be around at least got my own but it wont do everything

I’ve heard of the electrical issues and it’s not my strong suit but that’s something to learn i guess πŸ˜›

Didn’t know about the bolts that all sounds awful lol

Torx i dont mind so much Vaux/Opel have the same love affair with Torx everything is a torx tend to use my 10.8v impact on those simply due to time especially with the valance panels needing about 16 bolts to remove them

I’ll watch out for the air boxes and what the issue with the BRM motors? And how far should i run when they come in?

Wipers are luckily parts departments fault Aslong as i’ve fitted it correctly It’s up to them to get decent parts πŸ˜›

As a tool to keep in my wallet If i had access to anything else I would use that first over this but really that’s what the tools all about when you have no access to anything better it’ll get you out of a bind.

This is something I hate about working in a large main dealership We are not allowed to help regardless of the situation One i’ll remember for awhile was a women had broken down about 100ft from our garage saw her as i was leaving from a saturday shift I pulled over and checked the car for her and it was just a coolant hose blowing off maybe 15-20 min repair, We’d been pretty dead that day and i was feeling nice so attached the hose by hand and filled it with water from my car and got her to drive it back to the garage so i could fix it about 10 mins in boss decided to stay late and came to see what i was doing instead of saying well done for giving the company a good image he decides that I have to stop at once push the car outside and make the lady call a breakdown truck or book it in with the garage and leave it there till the next Wednesday (our first day free)

In the end i got bored of arguing with him pushed the car onto the road and just did the work on the side of the road using coolant from my bench and bleeding it the long way dont know why people have to be so money hungry we only want to help πŸ™‚
