update…. i finally found the problem with the truck i took all the tape off the off the main harness on the firewall and found 4 blown fusesable links so im gona buy 4 new fuses links and i will have a running truck (i hope)T)

W-| well i got two new battery cables and still wont start. so i borrowed my friends power probe 3 and i have 12.6 v on the battery then i checked all the fuses and the fuses for the GEM module / CTM module, PCM is only getting ground with key on. we have power to the fuses box under the hood. and in only getting ground to the starter relay fuese. when clues what it could be?

its a crank no start but im not getting no power to the fuses for the GEM module / CTM module, PCM

i looked at the battery cables to day and i seen that there was electrical tapeon it close to the bottom of the engine so i took the Negative cable off and then took all the tape off and seen that someone spit in a red cable to the Negative cable. im gonna get a new cable. do you think thing is most or all the problem with the trcuk.??

that’s not my repair work.. what someone else did that. i would never do that. now i have to buy a new cable

the battery is good all fuses are good… i found 3 fusible links and i think there good i dont see nothing wrong. terminals are clean and tight. i will try the ecm plug tomorrow and see what happens
