Hey Eric, that was a pretty neat trick. Nice one.

I’ve actually had a lot of good luck with buying parts for my car on ebay. I also heard the same thing you stated. It’s a hit-or-miss with ebay. So far, I’ve been happy. Recently though, I’ve been finding some similar deals on Amazon. They have waaayyy better shipping than ebay. I ordered a 12 point XZN triple square bit set on Amazon for $25.00 w/free shipping. It was in my mailbox 2 1/2 days later at 11 A.M. The same set sells on ebay for $30 and probably wouldn’t have came as fast. I’ll let you know how these lights come out when I put them in.

I actually meant aside from all that. Like do just get bored once in a while when you’re online and just watch one of your videos?
Its one of my dream cars I plan on owning. The Nissan GT-R (R35) is the most powerful sub 100k car you can own. It might just be a 3.8 liter v6…but due to its computer, the dual throttle, dual inter-cooler, dual turbo charger its freaking fast! Plus its double clutch semi-automatic gearbox at the back makes it a lightening fast car racing or other wise. I would however change the front end to allow for more air into the radiators and make a front wing for even better grip around those corners. Its just an all around awesome car!
Oh one more thing, if you tune it…it will even kill the worlds fastest car…the Veyron.
Maybe off the line, but even tuned up, what’s the top speed? The Veyron will catch up. If a car passes you at 100/mph and you’re going 80/mph but gaining up to your top speed of 160/mph, you WILL pass that car. On a 1/4 mile track, the GTR might have the Veyron. On any other track, like the track that the Veyron beat the McLaren on, the GTR will lose. That’s not to say that it won’t give the Veyron a run for it’s money. It’s just basic math. That being said, I love both of those cars. The Veyron is pretty much just a dream car as per the fact that I’ll never be able to afford one. The GTR is one of the few Asian cars that I like. I’m pro German cars.

Thanks redeemer and johnbkobb. I actually juust went the cheap ebay direction and bought a set on ebay for $25. It comes with the 2 ballast, 2 wiring harness with the socket at the end, and 2 hid bulbs. I just have to order the 2 connectors that I’m going to tap into the headlight power wire that gives the ballast it’s power. I think it will cost about $10 for a total of $35 spent. I’ll also make a video on how I did it. I’ll keep you guys posted. Thanks again.
Oh, cause I thought ECU stood for Engine Control Unit. Thank you for clearing this up!
You actually would be correct in assuming so. Like I said, there are many different names for the computers. It all depends on what the vehicle manufacturer wants to call it.
noob to ECU stuff and car computers…Um whats PCM??
it stands for power control module. It’s your vehicles main computer. There are other names for it as well, ECU=electronic control unit, ECM=” ” module, PCU=power control unit. this computer controls a lot of the main functions of your car. Without it, you won’t even be able to start the car.
