hello there question do i have to remove the dash to get the heater core it is clogged with stuff on the outside

good evening eric, i was wondering if you would know what to do. my mazda protege 1999 dx 1.6l. my problem is i get a random misfire i pop the hood and wiggle the ignition coil pack in genral and that fixs it for a time then it happen’s again what should i do
