What it does is this . sometimes and not always it seems like my cluster pannel is losing power off and on. The rpm gauge, the odometer, my gas gauge and speedometer all go dead. I don’t lose any power to my car or radio or lights. The cluster pannel lights are even still on . I noticed it does it frequently during the winter and not so much during the summer.

If there is a malfunction in the cluster panel would a OB2 tester pick up any codes??
