The only problem with that suggestion is if he signs a contract with a network they are allowed to control and often “own” Eric’s work. They will likely stop allowing him to post videos for free and will want some control over this website.

All Eric has to do is exactly what he is doing now and eventually he can build his own network. Look at Leo Laporte, he left TechTV and created the TWIT network and makes more money now and has full control of his own media.[/quote]

Here is something that just came to my mind ! Start to build your tool collection and get some Education in Car Repairs to take on these jobs your self. It will save your pocket. That way all you will have to pay for is the parts cost. That’s it !

Best of luck what ever you decide to do. I know what it is to be attached to a vehicle. TRUST ME. When it comes to Auto Repairs I am an ADDICT. I have trouble. SERIOUS TROUBLE when it comes to giving up and throwing the towel in. Just be smart about it !

Don’t take this personal. I don’t know what your cash flow is like. However vehicles have a sneaky way of eating out your money. I understand that you want to fix your ride. You need to weigh out the costs financially. Sometimes it is better to throw the vehicle in the garbage and get another one with less problems.

P.S I had a Chevy Astro 1998. Bought it for $275 and ran it for a year just fine. Then stuff started to happen and it was costing too much for repairs. I let it go. However I did not move as fast as I could in doing so.

I printed a fuse position chart from the internet and I realized that fuse number 50 for the blower motor relay was missing. I simply replaced the fuse and to be proactive I replaced the blower motor itself.

Guess. What ! I just looked over the fuse box again. I realized that the Blower Motor Relay is missing. I will replace it and see if there is a difference tomorrow.
