You were correct. Bad ball joint on the driver’s side. No fitting for grease so new ball joints for me. Thanks again.

yes when the vehicle is almost to a stop the petal falls about a half inch or so and then is good. It is not so much that the brakes go out as the petal just falling at the end.

I changed the pad, bled the lines. It is the son’s truck and he said it has been doing it for some time. It does not tow anything but does have something for trailer brakes in it from previous owner.

Eric asked me to post pictures when I changed my pcv valve. Mine did not have it on the oil filler. It was hiding in the back on the right side of the engine. Was pleasant to get to. 🙁

thanks. Mine is not a flex fuel, however I believe it is in the same location. Could not even find the part at the local stores. Finally found it on rockauto. Alot of work for such a little part.
