I went through that whole pdf file and couldn’t find anything on steering wheels. GM service info says the locking wheels are available on some models. I’ve had customers ask me about the locking steering wheel and i know that some vehicles don’t come with it.

Looks like two bolts and one stud. One bolt is directly under the tensioner pully the other is at the three o-clock position. The stud is in the nine o-clock position. You might have to remove the pully itself to get to the stud. let me know if this helps

no guys sorry to disappoint you but not all cars have locking steering wheels, not sure on the impala but ill look into it.

wow glad i work on GM’s where you just command the relearn with the scan tool and done.
