we need codes! dont think it has maf either, my 2000 wranger dosnt. it might just need to relearn the idle after the cleaning of the throttle body (a good way to do that is just drive it for about 20min).
ya might help. I think a puller would be more bang for your buck.

ya i have seen aftermarket passlock keys too. As with anything aftermarket they are not as good as the OEM, but it would make a good spare i guess.

you need a puller like a pitman arm puller. some autoparts stores will lend them out for a small fee.

alignment. as long as suspension parts are tight (i.e. tie rods, ball joints) you probably need an alignment. most shops will check it for free. kinda scares me that its a 93 tho. do you live in a part of the world were they use salt on the streets? if so might be that the frame is cracked or bent and an alignment is out because of.

hey chris, welcome.
it’ll burn off. how did you use the degreaser? with water? i like to use a good quality degrease like 3m, get the car to operating temp, spray the degreaser, and hose it off with a garden hose. what ever is left will burn off with engine heat. if you don’t feel safe tho I’d recommend taking it to be detailed.

I like moog suspension parts. Delco suspension parts are junk. I don’t like autozone nor advanced. I shop at O’reily when I cant get OEM. I think NAPA brakes are junk, high priced, problems fitting, dusty, etc. I love delco brakes, put em on anything they’ll make um for. Some Napa stuff is ok too.

I had a Colbalt come in with a horrible engine clank. The customer insisted that there pistons were just loose and needed tightening. After finding metal fragments in the oil we quoted out an engine but the customer still wanted the pistons checked for looseness. We quoted $500 tear-down fee and after dropping the oil pan I found the main bearings to be almost non-existent. Well the customer was dumbfounded and later I think was more trusting of the professionals.
