could try to pull out the hvac control head and see if a line is popped off or damaged.

can you rotate the tires and see if the noise stays with the tire/wheel?

sounds like a vacuum leak to me. usually hvac systems will default to the defroster setting if there is a problem because it is safer to heat or cool the windshield. hvac systems are not fun to work on. can you pinpoint the area where the leak is coming from? maybe you can pull a dash panel and get lucky. let me know how it does.

maybe ball joints? can you duplicate it by bouncing the truck up and down? if yes then have an assistant bounce it and try to feel the noise. put ur hand on various components and you’ll be able to feel the pop on the faulty component.

no clue. what do the directions say? do you have a pull condition or just playing with ur new toy lol. i wouldn’t worry about it as long as the pads are wearing evenly.

for number one you need to have the cooling system pressure tested for leaks. yes a leaking gasket can cause gauge fluctuations.

for number two i think the best bet is to have the car scanned for codes. if you have an anti-theft problem it should show a body trouble code. how do you know that the theft system is shutting the fuel pump off? is the security light blinking when you try to start the car? this problem could be a numerous amount of things.

let me know if this helps

I know they say to replace the axle nut, and some bearings actually come with new nuts. I have never replaced one and I never had a problem.
