first thing I would check would be the sway bar bushings. They take quite a beating and when the rubber bushings wear out, it’s metal hitting metal when the suspension flexes. I would also check the strut bolts under the hood, there are three of them around the strut tower. the center bolt also my be loose. To properly diagnosis anything else requires the ability to jack the car up. Once on jack stands, shake the wheel top to bottom on the passenger side, you should get very little movement and no noise, You can then check the ball joints with a long pipe as a pry bar flexing the lower control arm right under the ball joint, You should see no up and down movement in the joint.when you flex the suspension.
