I’ve heated them with a torch until the heads were red hot then use a air hammer with the chissel and knock the head off, or use a 4inch grinder and grind the heads off then take a hammer and punch and tap the rest through

This could be a number of things. It might be best to hook a scan tool to the vehicle and watch the data when it acts up. I would agree on the temp sensor out of range post.

@Hibo, Id check the basics, distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs, (I prefer NGK), weak Ignition coil. Try holding the accelerator pedal down a little when you start the vehicle when its acting up that way you are meetering the air flow through the butter

Mabe try doing a voltage drop test across the fuse terminals.

Just because there’s no trouble codes doesn’t mean there’s not a problem, take a coolent temp sensor for an example, as long as the engine computer sees a value it thinks all is good but the sensor can be out of range

Double check the cam and crank timing marks, and mabe check for a vacume hose that may have been bumped off somewhere.

Under left side of dash, left of steering column. If the fuses are good you might want to test the Multi-Function Alarm Module circuits

How many miles on vehicle? I wonder if the catalytic converter’s are getting tired.

Cause: The cause of this condition may be a increased air gap beteen the wheel speed sensor and the hub reluctor ring due to rust and debris build up on the sensor mounting surface.

Ive found if the vibration is felt in the steering wheel, then its in the front tires, and if its felt in the drivers seat, then its in the rear tires.

Was the tune-up performed to repair the rough idle, or did it start runing rough after the tune-up? A couple places to start 1. Look for vacume leaks and even a possible partially stuck open egr valve 2. Test fuel pump psi.and volume
