I appreciate the responses guys and I’ll be checking everything you have mentioned and Eric as far as i know the steering wheel has not been removed unless it was done before i owned the vehicle but it has been in my family since we got it and it was a demonstrator model so we are the only owners, i will check with my family and see if the steering wheel has been removed in the past. yes its intermittent but when the problem occurs no flash from the bulb on the dash or outside. works most of the time but there is about a 10% chance it will happen.
