A tower strut goes from the top of the shocks on either side of the car It is supposed to make the car have less lean in the corners . They used to put them on the front from shock tower to shock tower in the engine bay.

Everthing went well. The size hose I had to use was a 1/4 ” but make sure you secure it with a ring clamp.

what size should the extension be? not length but diameter. I’ll have to get that while I’m out, since I don’t have any supply of hose lying around the house.

It is a 1998 L’S non vtec. Do you undo the low pressure return hose?
I cleared the codes and drove it for approximately 60 miles and it passed without any problems. The car is a 50 state model. I would have thought the man at magnaflow would have known this, instead on pushing me into buying a cal converter. I think I might let them know.
It’s been a little over a month. As I said the codes only came on after I did a compression test. The Car is running great, no slipping, or anything else.
Mine was a Triumph TR-7 I got it for my senior graduation present. I raced a BMW 312 and beat it after a Blondie Concert. About 2 weeks later the girl who went with me was killed in a front end collision. I took it pretty hard, but I still loved that car.
They sent me to acura website just like them. They are still $775. I am just a disabled vet I can’t afford that. I’ll have to weigh my options.
Do you know of any good brands? I looked it up and all I got were magnaflow, walker and eastern.
