in the video you said you didn’t like the length of the ratchet i don’t think the issue is the ratchet i think its the drive size from what i can see i would have used a 3/8 on it not a 1/4 which would have the extra length and solve the issue. snap on make tools to do more then they should after all my 3/8 ratchet from snapon is longer then probably most 3/8 breaker bars (its about 500mm-600mm) which is why it broke my kincrome 10mm socket if im honest i should have used a 1/2 socket on it not a 3/8 its the only time ive broken a kincrome socket

i bought mine ac delco impact from jb tools it cost a bit more in postage to aus then what it is for usa as to be expected but they helped as best as they could they couldn’t get me a 240v charger but i went to the ac delco website and they sent me one with the right plug for 240v aus for $40us plus postage no idea what it would cost for a impact gun with charger from ac delco website (no reps in aus for ac delco for me either)had no troubles with it so far p.s. there made by durofix

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMDqBEfXF24 it has about a 3-1 gear reduction to maintain torque applied to the fastener and you can use it as a normal ratchet without the handle wanting to rotate also when you rotate the handle it moves the head of the ratchet during both clockwise and anti clockwise rotations of the handle
