      I recently had this problem. A few things I found were that if the battery is getting low, it can cause a Low Crank Speed. Which wont allow the car to turn over. What turned out to be MY problem, the car had flooded, Just hold the gas pedal to the floor crank it till it stops cranking (the noise/jerking stops) and keep the pedal to the floor but stop starting the car and let the key fall back to run. When you hear it reving up let off pedal and let run for a while. It took a few times but it has since stopped doing that. Now when I turn my car on I just insert key and crank. Hope that helps 🙂
