      I suspect failed engine mounts from the noise in the video. Most common mounts to fail on these vehicles at the active mount at the front of the engine compartment, and the mount at the front of the engine itself. Maybe your transmission is not at fault at all and just the mounts are shot. Failed mount can often be misdiagnosed as harsh shifting transmission.

          Unplug ignition coils one at a time. If there is a piston or rod issue the noise should go away with the load removed from the affected piston or rod. If the noise does not go way then it will be in the rock bridge assembly or valve lash setting..
