Hi mate ,
I’ve got a Navman dashcam , which plugs in to my 12V accessory port , it’s mounted on my windscreen , it uses a SD card , it’s works really well , I’m sorry I cannot give you an idea on prices , as I live in New Zealand , on the Vovo and Scania trucks we use at work they have factory fitted dashcams , these are as a safety item as well as giving information if a driver is involved in an accident . I’ll try to post up a photo of the dashcam on my car soon , I hope this has helped you .not far to go now , it’s been great to share the journey with you , I have been re-watching the early videos from when you first bought “Oliver” , can’y believe the progress made ,
good video , when had my headers wrapped , I removed them first and used the 2″ wrap , still very fiddly , had to soak them in water for a time before wrapping so it took a while .
Where I live 91 is the lowest rated , followed by 95 then 98 being the highest , I run both cars on 98 PULP

The set up does look a bit complex , but it’s great to see the progress , on a side note , I’m sure you are aware that the car might feel like complete pig when you first drive it , just until things bed in so to speak then it’l be a sleeper like you planned
