If lean codes are set at idle/lower rpm and return to more normal readings at high RPM then suspect vacuum leak.
If FT stay high at higher RPM, verify MAF. If MAF good verify fuel pressure. If P0420 is the only error code and cat temp output isn’t hotter than input than suspect bad cat,
Can you verify the sensor voltage readings ? If you do a quick throttle snap the precat sensor S1 should dip to around 2v than jump up to 4v before settling back to 3.2/3.3. The after cat S2 sensor should jump to .8 dip to .2 and settle back to .5/.6.
In addition verify number of O2 sensors and cats.
If going to keep car and doing highway miles away from home, i would change pump/ hoses/ thermostat and serpentine belt if all are original.
Your call, more a level of comfort thing. The worst case would be pump bearing suddenly seizing/throwing serpentine belt and you’ be looking for a tow.
“It leaks about a 1/2 cup to 1 cup.”
Is this is happening over several months or more and coming specifically from the weep hole?
If so just normal degradation of water pump seal on an old pump.Is it the original 17 year old pump, hoses etc?
If leaking from the weep hole than it is an internal pump leak.
Weep hole is there to drain coolant away from the pump shaft bearing when shaft seal starts to weep. How much coolant are you losing in a month? If its a small amount and the bearing sounds good than weep hole doing its job.May not be imperative that pump needs to be changed at this time.
Didn’t Nissan extend warranty on the CVT?
Check parasitic drain normal/abnormal with radio fuse out.
Have the fuel pressure been verified?
Best to get electrical diagram and voltmeter to test with.
