“the alternator is putting out about 1.7 amps (not abnormal I don’t think)”
      1.7 amps or 17 amps?

Alternator voltage control: take a look at the charging schematic, bbbind.com has one.
The ELD to PCM to alternator voltage regulator circuit.
Voltage measurements of the components can help determine if ELD /PCM or voltage regulator not working as should be.

The torque app data you posted on page one looks normal at idle and 2500.
If still the same maybe revisit the gasket leak test.
If gasket sealing as engine warms up then the engine running water test may not be applicable.
A shop engine cold / smoke test is probably the best in this case.

You could tighten the intake bolts a bit that are located nearest the misfiring cylinders runners on the off chance it is an air leak.

If you can verify running fuel pressure and monitor it when engine shut off. This is to test possible injector leak that could cause misfire on cold start.
Doesn’t misfire on warm start correct?

In addition to injectors leaking ,FPR can leak fuel thru vacuum hose to intake. Remove hose from FPR port, run engine for a while to see if any fuel appears at port.
Clear flood mode, accelerator to floor when starting, cuts fuel for a bit to burn any excess fuel from a leaky injector/FPR.

The Lt/St fuel trims max out negative on both banks. No other error codes besides P0304?
The fuel trims you posted before on page 2 looked normal but page 4 are maxed out.
Page 2 data and page 4 data on different scan tools?
Can you read when engine goes into closed loop on either scan tool?
Wonder if fuel system status 2 means closed loop?

Can you select just fuel trims/ engine load/RPM/ECT/MAF/MAP/O2 sensor voltage to monitor?
If so compare them at idle and at 2500 RPM.
Would like to know why high negative fuel trims on both banks.
Fuel rail pressure reads .06483 psi. Maybe means 64.83 is this normal pressure?

If you can’t get any direction from scan tool on individual misfire then confirm fuel pressure is normal at startup.

If vehicle new to you, besides plugs, fuel injection could be a source of stumbling/misfire on startup.
Maybe a good throttle body/ fuel injection cleaning(cleaner run as fuel supply).
Lots of info out there on doing this.

See if you can isolate an individual cylinder misfire. Would be in the live data portion of the scan tool.
If so then suspects are coil/plug/injector/ intake gasket/cylinder.

An intake gasket can leak air or can leak coolant both could cause misfire at startup.
If no air leak then coolant leak may show up as one spark plug cleaner than the others.
                    You have removed inspected plugs?

Good idea clear codes see what you get. Guessing the JLR SDD must have info on individual cylinder misfires?

The O2 sensor heater error normally sets right off.

‘Here is one once she was warm.
                        Freeze frame information:”

                        engine Coolant Temperature = 73.4 °F?
parameters look normal when engine cold at 73.4 F

‘All I did was tap on “capture freeze frame” right after it threw a code.”

Supposed to auto log a freeze frame when error code sets.
Looking for a hint that would cause misfire,
High positive fuel trims = vacuum leak, lack of fuel/spark

Scan tool to read engine parameters?
If so post lt/st fuel trims at idle and at 2500RPMs

Yes, lots of info out there on this test. Try scanner danner utube for instruction.

“Could it be possible that my gaskets are no longer sealing properly?”
Yes, possible not sealing at startup but seals as engine heats up.

Do a water spray leak detection tests around/over the intake gasket.

                                Try to determine:
Misfires on one bank only, cylinders 2/4/6/8, or mixture of banks?
                                Misfires at cold startup only?

Fuel trim numbers posted at warm startup into closed loop look pretty normal at idle and higher RPM.

The Torque app must have it somewhere in the menu.
Sorry not familiar with the product.
