Turns out that it was just warped rotors. The brake pads wore normally. Caliper is in good condition. Saved some money. It looked like it was tapered wear but it was following the rotor. The rotor was rusty and warped so bad that it cannot be used again.

My mechanic had showed me on the resurface machine and it was terrible.

Yes I think it is that too. Due to the fact they wear tapered. The original pads that wore tapered were knocking hard every time I braked. That was when I got the car used.

They only sell the caliper as itself. The bracket is separate.

Do you recommend to buy both of those items when replacing the caliper?
The brake disc and pads are a must.

Also if I wanted the hardware that is separate too. 10 bucks

I would be getting those at my local autozone due to my budget. Reman Toyota Caliper. Autozone rotor and pads. I already have some basic knowledge of changing my brakes. Grand total is about 200bucks.

              out this link for brakes.

The pins are lucubrated. No sticking or overheating at all. I can brake at 25mph and stop with no pull to one side. Just shaking at 40mph to 0 at medium brake to a stop on a yellow. My braking distance is bad.

I got it checked out by a mechanic he said it was fine. He told me be careful when you shift. I done this a year ago when I first starting driving. I think I over exaggerated about the 5mph thing. It was more like pulling into to garage and not having enough pressure on the brake and shifted. I got that jerking feeling and didn’t sounded too well. You are probably right about the transmission accelerated wear.
