Also I can’t edit the original post anymore for some reason, so the broken formatting is stuck there for eternity…
I make no claims to being Eric in any way shape or form; I just have a question for you about welding. I understand a little about welding (tried taking courses, long story short it’s not for me), but I don’t understand why you couldn’t MIG weld outside? Is it just because your MIG welder is all set up in your basement and would be a massive pain to move or is there some specific thing about how MIG welders work that I’m missing?
Bah. So my best option is to replace the alternator?
P.S. So apparently a moderator split my post off into its own thread. I didn’t receive any notification of this action, so I initially thought that my post had simply been deleted due to breaking a rule. Is there supposed to be an automatic notification of such actions? If not, that’d probably be a good thing to add.
