Thanks for all the suggestions on here and I do apoligize for not getting back sooner. The clutch itself appeared to be all hydraulic and everything was aligned properly. The hydraulic system was never opened up so that was good. The problem I did find through elimination was I found a pivot bolt on the back of the clutch pedal that was sticking due to some minut particles of rust that built up over time. I took some liquid wrench to it and worked it in real good and that seemed to solve that issue. I’m thinking over time some condensation built up from the interior on that old pivot bolt causing just enough rust to cause it to stick. It wasnt sticking all the time and when it did I would tap the pedal on the side with my foot. But even that got a little old after awhile so I had to check this out. Anyway you guys are a great resource! I am glad you are around. Keep getting dirty!
