Both have by-pass valves rated at 13 psi. The OEM filters I always used ended in 9E000 because they were made in Japan. I see they are now being made in Mexcio ending in 9E01A which I looked inside only not cutting it open to see the are identical. I was at Walmart and examined a Fram and Bosch and they two were of the same size as the Champ filter. Hopefully someone will have an answer. Thanks again for your help.
