I wasn’t going to remove the throttle body I was going to remove what I had to so I could clean it I’m going to autozone to get the codes checked

Yes my engine looks a lot like that I will take to autozone and see what codes I get then I will post the codes and for the high pressure switch I did get a code for that the air conditioning don’t work when I turn on the air or heat the engine rpms go up and down I’m really not sure what the switch looks like I had a shop want to charge me about $160 to replace it and that mechanic told me he could do it with out removing and freon

Thanks for your reply I will take pictures I’m a average mechanic I will try again Friday evening I’m having a hesitation problem so I wanted to clean the throttle body the car has 186,000 miles it hasn’t been clean since it was new I’m hoping putting new plugs and wires might help the hesitation problem if that don’t help what should I replace next the mpg is bad

Thanks for the reply I looked at the throttle body for about a half hour yesterday I can get the hose of the that attached to the air filter but the throttle body is under what I think they call a resonator there is a metal clip on it but there is stuff in the way can’t see the screw to loosen it and on the high pressure switch is the high side the same side you would add freon I think I might be able to fix that on my own I looked at it the switch is up by the left top side of the radiator has wires going to the compressor
