I agree with Evil-i def sounds like a bent valve. Before doing a valve job or replacing the head i would consider doing a leak down test.

Do these have crankshaft position sensors?

UPDATE:

I went out and bought a NOID light test kit to check the injector pulse. I plugged it into the #2 injector harness and when cranking i get one good flash of light then a very rapid dim light. Has anyone seen this before? what could be my possible issues. Note; please do an overview of the replaced parts

no light no codes the previous owner erased them all
