Umm ya ate with dumb azz, I just realized I did at results.
So been awhile it is flex fuel, I found the proper firing order by internet search for 2001 Ford ranger wierd firing order and walah it worked
Hello guys, I have 2002 Honda Civic, symptoms
When put in drive or reverse it stalls hard when it engages
I can move the gear shift back and forth like a lunatic and it will engage and continue running, I can drive it but it shuts so hard up and down like crazy and then will drive smooth once I am underway. When I slow to stop it will act like a manual if you don’t push the clutch in, to keep it from stalling I have drop it to 2nd and then I can turn or stop and it will not stall but must wind up before upshifting back into d3 and it slams hard on the down shift and upshift. Intermittently it will slide right into park or drive, on a cold or hot start, most of the time I have to run the shifter between reverse and drive to get it to stay running, it had a TCC code I replaced that solenoid and flushed the trans with Honda fluid, no codes as of yet just crazy symptoms. I stress the stall trying to engage R or D is just like dumping the clutch on a manual, the same when slowing to stop at light or turn gotta drop it down to 2nf with a jarring slam, same when you take off in d3 or D shifts up and down like a loon and once you achieve 40mph and above to 50 or so it will drive like nothing is wrong. Thanks in advance, SashaSo my ford ranger was flex fuel total different firing order at coil pack, thanks for your time.
Attachments:Fuel yes timing is good and spark yes. Has DIS, and was running barely with cracked head when she came in, compression also is good, this is why I am stumped.
