Yeah that’s what I was guessing needed to happen next. Hopefully ir will be something noticeable that I can see or notice that something is loose…
Does this sound like it could be a timing issue like the timing belt slipped or something of that nature? Just trying to prepare myself for what I might find / what might be wrong
June 1, 2018 at 8:50 pm in reply to: extreme hesitation and acceleration while using a/c. 2000 accord #888715I don’t understand how that’s going to narrow down the situation. The car runs fine without the AC on. Oh I think I understand and you’re trying to determine if it is the compressor or something else got you
June 1, 2018 at 8:39 pm in reply to: extreme hesitation and acceleration while using a/c. 2000 accord #888713so you’re saying I should pull the AC clutch fuse and take a drive with the AC on and see if the problem goes away? Will the AC still engage without the clutch fuse?
May 10, 2018 at 2:50 am in reply to: 2000 accord horrible gas milage and runs weird with a/c on #888321Hey thanks for the input I really appreciate it. I understand that using AC will reduce my miles per gallon and puts a load on the engine which will make it run differently but is it normal to lose 120 miles per tank when I use the AC? Also is it normal for it to not want to shift until 4000 RPMs?
well I changed my rear calipers. I clamped off the brake lines and still somehow got a ton of air in my brake system. Bleed the back brakes a bunch of times and still have a soft pedal. But at least all four brakes are now working. Next I’m going to put new rotors on the front again and try to bleed the front if I can get the bleeders unstuck. how did I get so much air in my brake system even after I clamped off the brake hoses
I have not check my ball joints yet. And to the 2nd response the car is not pulling one way or the other when applying the brakes it stays straight. And the problems I’m having with brake noise and squealing happens all the time no matter which way the tires are pointed . Also the alignment is fine it doesn’t pull left or right normally either.
