There is a TSB on the 5.2 and 5.9 liter to re route and bundle plug wires due to cross firing of the plug wires make sure they are not touching the headers or any other metal. You can accomplish this by bundling them up with a wire tie

If u find the right people they can fix it on the car. The expensive part is the carbide bits used to drill it out.

This problem you are having is nothing like the reply about the ford. In my experience I have had dodges spark plugs rust and usually have to be drilled out and heilcoiled. You can try the penetrating oil but also try the procedure we use at ford. http://www.etoolcart.com/06152.pdf the link here is the procedure and tools to do a ford just look at the instructions for removing hope it helps and good luck. I never do on dodges lol

He is replacing the ball joint so a pickle fork is fine. If you wanted to reuse the ball joint don’t use a pickle fork. Some times on the escort if the actual ball joint fork doesnt work use the tyrod fork. The fork is closer together. I have learned in the past that balljoint forks are sometimes to wide for the smaller balljoint so you dont get the lift that you should to knock it out.

I did see a TSB on a 2003 that said if u do not use a Honda HDS to reset codes after a job, you choose to use after market scanner it will erase some learned memory and put false misfire codes in

I imagine it is for the cylinder management for the 2009 and up pilots since the operate between 3 and 6 cylinders for gas economy
