I just wanted to add, with the pressure test it will find the easiest place to leak. Then once in your case the radiator was replaced another check should have been done before the vehicle left. Same after the water pump and timing belt replacement. It would have only took 5 extra minutes to recheck. The pressure will always find the easist route to escape. Therefore it is possible to have more than one leak. Not defending the mechanic because he could have easily rechecked the pressure test.

Try cleaning the IAC Valve. 5.0 are notroious for dirty IAC. They cause a huge loss of power and no start conditions. Plus its free and easy.

I noticed you said the there was oil in the cap. Reguardless of spark there should not be oil in the cap when you remove it. Check out Erics video.

Try heating what the bolts go through instead of the bolt itself

Ford tech here wanted to throw this at u too. 5.0 are known for dirty iac valve they will make them run very poorly. Definitely wouldn’t hurt to disassemble and clean.

These should help that is a common problem with the 4.6 5.4 engines
The usual suspect on the 5.4 is the the phasers, hydrolic tensioners and the plastic chain guides. I believe you will find your answer in the second link down on the second page. It explains the noise inside the cab. Ford tech by the way.
