My wife has a 2003 Impala 3.8L that has a P1811 code. My mechanic told me to scrap the car because it is a pain to get to the Pressure Control Solenoid.

But it could also be seals or clutches, she likes the car so I just told her to drive it until it dies.

2000 Chevrolet Impala LS – Loved this car but it rotted out, had to part with it at 166k miles 🙁

1999 Dodge Intrepid – Ugh, I hate this thing. Only have it because my Impala had to go right before winter and I needed something quick and cheap. Has the stupid 2.7 :sick:, enough said.

My wife has a 2003 Chevrolet Impala, she likes it but it has some kind of transmission issue and its a PITA to fix. It is also getting kinda crusty so its not worth it to put the money into it.
