it happens every time i put it in that frist gear i noticed the fluid was slightly low and it was light brown.

I checked the back brakes there is a leaky wheel cylinder and the drums slid right off I’m going to change that and adjust the brake and see what happens.

I did all the vaccum tests on the brake booster every thing tested out good it only gets hard when driving and I checked the check valve on the brake booster too

i got it up to the operating temp with my scan tool to the temp that you had listed and it was completely leveled and i ran it through all the gears so i guess some one overfilled the transmission.
