I also suspect on water pump but want to hear some opinion about that. May be radiator but its a low chance… probably turbine on pump spining free on axle and when it gets a higher spin it work.

Universal diagnostic which I have is Launch X431 Dijagun. It’s use for me just fine.
I have few factory diagnostic Opel-vauxal Tech 2, Mercedes Star, Vag com, Peugeot/citroen Lexia, Renault clip.
