What would be the symptoms of a bad swirl control valve?
From what I read it was lower fuel economy and slightly higher emissions. Is there anything else?

Thanks guys, I appreciate the advice. I did go back and checked them and it was a loose caliper bracket. It only clucked when I went over potholes, cracks, dips, etc; not while braking. Since then, It has driven without any noises in the front end.
Well bad MPG could be a bad O2 sensor. I would suggest changing that since it’s inexpensive and easy to replace. As for the IACV, it could be the culprit to the erratic idle. Check TPS and MAP sensor before going for the ECU.
