If you fix the immobilizer yes the vehicle should start the immobilizer stops the vehicle from being started or running when car is tampered with but if it dies I could do the sane thing and stop it from running
Hwre are the pics for previous comment
Some more pics put the upper and lower air intake plenum back together also the liquid cooled throttle body on right side of throttle body is a throttle position sensor lower plenum is plastic and black upper plenum is metal
Great post and I have noticed this also good information like always
Check the pcv valve also like bonnieman said could also be a problem check it just in case
Didn’t even think of that yeah bonnieman pcv value could be the problem
Clicking is definitely normal on older solenoids and that’s even goes for 4×4 solenoids they just get old the small miss your talking about sounds so much like a vacuum leak in the plenum let me know if you find anything with the carb cleaner does it fluctuate on idle any like if you just run it and watch the idle while it’s parked does it bounce on idle at all
Definitely a secondary downstream oxygen sensor
Yep factory shop manuals that’s it I remeber some used to be called master mechanic’s manual appreciate that
Have you tried to spray some car cleaner on the intake plenums all around them to see if there is a vacuum leak it will idle higher when it sucks in the carb cleaner if it’s a vacuum leak could also be a bad idle air control valve I had to replace that on a couple of my vehicles egr could be taking a crap P0402 is exhaust gas recirculation flow excessive detected and P0421 is warm up catalyst efficiency bank 1 below threshold
Have you check the fuse block power wire to see if it’s loose or also could be a loose ground dosent sound like an ignition switch problem also check to see if starter is properly grounded and not loose
you might want to check the fuse block wire that goes from the fuse block to the battery might be loose in my experience that can also cause no starts were it starts fine one minute and then wont crank the next because the fuse block system is getting intermittent power which the system thinks its a short so to protect the system the fuse block cuts power till its safe
check your spark plug wires also make sure there no corrosion and there making good contact with the spark plugs the belts are a great idea if there is any cracking or splitting on them same with radiator hoses and all the vacuum lines check them to make sure there nice and secure also agree with bonnieman on all his suggestions
i went after my wife got home with the truck and check the calipers both for front driver and front passenger are both working great i did indeed find air in the front passenger side lines i got the air bleed out and took it for a ride and its not pulling no more to the driver side when you brake you can actually control the truck in both directions now while braking thank you so much for the information and passing your knowledge along i greatly appreciate the help your awesome.
