I know I’m severely late and I apologize -__- but yes I did change the valve and it fixed the problem, for what it’s worth I bought the one that had a black cap looking thing on it rather than the original type that came on my car (still motorcraft though) and works like a charm, again sorry for the really late reply!

I am pretty guilty on spending a little extra money on the car that could’ve gone to food or at least a better choice of food =. Personally it was really hard to see any kind of negative changes because you see yourself everyday so you don’t notice any gains or loss, it wasn’t until I visited a bunch of friends from college who haven’t seen me in months and told me I lost so much weight and muscle and how sickly I looked. That was a real wake up call that no one ever wants to hear haha. Glad this video came out while this whole thing happened, it’s like another sign to get back into shape and stick to it. And for those of you who might be carrying an extra few pounds, the healthier you are the longer you can drive that car of yours! and maybe, if you can drop enough pounds, it could help out your 1/4 mile time! 😉

I took the belt off and looked over that and checked over all the pulleys, a few were pretty dirty and didn’t spin so freely so I took out the bearings and cleaned them up and the noise has been gone since so whatever the issue was had to do the with the belt drive!

Sorry for the long delay! I work in a kitchen so free time is scarce haha. Anyway I replaced the idler pulley with a smooth one instead of a grooved pulley. Noise is still there -__- Happens a lot more often now throughout the day and when the RPMs get to 2500 it’s more apparent :pinch:

My next suspicion is maybe the belt itself, doesn’t look too bad, no cracks or damage but I’m kind of stumped at this point. Will keep everyone posted and try to get some video bits of the issue.

                              Thanks again guys!

true, so I’m on rock auto cause that’s where I shop haha, do I get the pulley that they specify in the TSB with part # 6L3Z-6C348-A? Or is that the bad one I need to avoid?
