Let me guess, the bushings are the ones at the bottom of the wishbone on the lower control arm. If they are then cut the ends off, drill out the part that goes through the fork to remove the lower control arm and replace it, and the through bolts. BTW, the only place you can get those bolts is at Honda.
Bushing replacement is WAY more involved than most people think. I recommend you choose another upgrade to avoid more issues. I put bushings on an Accord like that once. Took the entire day with a shop full of ‘real’ tools to do.
Good luck.
I don’t believe we’re on the same page as to which bushings it is. It’s just the front sway bar bushings that attach the sway bar to the frame. Had the bolts not broken it would have been a 5 minute job 😛
I drilled the bolts out, one side turned out fine, the other one won’t tap correctly because the hole is more of an oval than a circle, just enough where it won’t tap.
I considered just cutting the nut that’s welded on the opposite side of the frame, but I don’t have enough room to get my angle grinder to it.
I am just trying to see if I have any other options
This was my first thought, I checked and there is no noticeable play in the tie rod ends. Not to mention this issue goes away after driving for a bit, then it is normal.
Plugs were replaced in the fall, the wires are in great condition.
Last time I checked the air filter it was fine, which was when I cleaned the IAC. Since I had to open the cooling system to take the IAC out I will probably give bleeding the cooling system a try.
I dont have a scanner, but I can see what I can find with friends.

Yeah, I have been through all of that 😛
I am convinced it is not a problem with the MC. Right after installing it, there was literally NO change what so ever, it didn’t get any better, it didn’t get any worse.
I had originally started with a combination wrench, which stripped, then I used heat, and eventually a good pair of vice-grips, they just stripped the head..I looked all over the internet for ideas, but had no luck with any of them.
Also, I do have the short hoses running from the line into the calipers, they look in good shape, I believe they may have been changed recently.

I installed a new master cylinder (not a rebuilt). Sorry for the confusion!

The Brake light works fine. I believe the master cylinder was a new one. I could be wrong though. It also came with a lifetime warranty, so I have been tempted to pull it of and take it and get another one.
I was told about the plastic cover, and was going to look this weekend. I am not sure if there is a leak since it keeps magically fixing itself for a while.
I also feel like there’s air somewhere since we couldn’t use the bleeder screw…any tips on breaking that loose without breaking it :P. I am not sure if its new air in the system or not. I will have to try locking up the brakes when I get the chance as we’ll

The rim is fine.
It sounded like it was coming from around the tie rod area.
I removed the wheel and the tie rod was in terrible shape, so I replaced it, not saying that it should have solved it, but I thought it’d be worth a shot.
I thought it was fixed for a bit, but it still makes the noise.

I have watched through the suspension noise video.
I would think that one of the two shops would have seen something.

I followed the directions in the owners manual
