Hello π
Pin 1 Black wire is ground ( low signal)
Pin 2 Yellow wire 5V Reference signal . You should have around 5V unpiugged..
Pin 3 Red/Green is 12v feedHello π
Does this help you?Yes, dont be a part changer :p
That pin 8 should have 12v ac comressor off, and ground ac compressor on.. The input to ecu , C459 pin3 red/white wire should have 12v ac off, and ground ac on. You could check that πOk π Wiring diagram for 95 year, show that Control side get 12v from fuse8.. Then other has to be ground.. From ECU yes..
Sure Your wire from ecu to relay could be bad .
Have you mesure at pin 8 at ecu conector C458?Attachments:ok.. you have 6.3v on red/blu when you take relay out too?
Hello π
You mean that you have 8v on that blk/yel wire (comes from fuse nr8) ?
And ECU ground circuit when ac on, red/blu wire ?Hello π
You know fan work when ac is turn on.. And you have New fan switch..
Diagram here show Control of fan. You could try take Connector of fan switch and jump terminals. ign on, and see if fan starts..
If they run, you could check if fan switch Close at approx 199F. If all that ok, you have maybe air Pocket in system or maybe bad waterpump..
Ad if they dont run when jump betwen terminals, you have an open in G101 To fan switch, or , fan switch to splice (That splice that goes too ECM) Becouse when ac is turned on ECM ground Control thru there too fan relays..
Hope you understand my bad English πAttachments:Hello π
Should be fuse 22.Attachments:hello π
sure fuel pressure test will be Next step. and injector Balance test πHello π Have you try another well known good battery?
I just fix a Hyundai With crank no start.. it had spark and fires injector.. battery had 12.4 volt, but when crank it drop to ca. 8.5 volt.
i charge it a few hour, but no help.. i try another battery and it started right away..
so over 12 v on battery, dont mean that battery good..Hello π
First step must be read codes.. In Europe generic codes come on gasoline cars in 2001 so you could use a generic Reader.
im totaly agree with cap269. this is easy to measure. and always fun to find what couses the fault. π
