I have a 94 accord Ex F22B1 same problem has new IACV new TPS. new Map .. I have good constant power at iacv but my question on back probing to jump a9 to a23 I think am I supposed to leave harness plugged in to the ecu or should I pull it out and jump it that way to see if it clicks
