I found the answer:
Donut in RL says T155/70D17 110 MM and TLX is T135/80D17Thanks for the help
What about if I remove the spare tire from the RL donut and put it on the TLX donut rim? Are the tires the same size?
Can someone explain where this bearing is? Is it built into the intermediate shaft? A picture would be helpful. Thank you
Turns out the transmission fluid was low from a leak at the right intermediate shaft bearing.
No codes or cel. If transmission fluid is low will a light come on?
The AC condenser fan finally stopped working. I have another motor being sent to my house in the next few days. Can I drive the car without a problem if I don’t run my ac?
So eventually when the bearing fails the fan will seize? Is that the natural progression of a failing bearing?
I mean to remove the radiator fan assembly and then replace the motor
I figured out how to tell what the next service should be. You proceed as if you are going to reset the maintenence light, but before you hit the reset button a maintenance code is shown (i.e. b1, etc).
Hope this helps someone.
Thank you for the reply, but the link is broken.
It turned out to be a flat tire…just to bring everyone up to date.
Even when the engine is turned off? Wouldn’t a vacuum leak only make a noise when the engine is on?
Do cross drilled rotors wear pads faster than blank rotors? I replaced my stock blank rotors with drilled ones in august 2014 and find that my pads is ready to be replaced. However, I do a lot of driving…putting on 25000 miles a year.
Turned out to be the center latch. Thanks for all the help.
What can I use to lubricate and clean the track with? Also, the door still will open when manually closing it. Would this still indicate a poor motor?
