i was snooping around and seen that where the o2 sencor was on the manifold actually has some sort of a plug in it…there for that could most likely throw off the computer enough to do these things…correct? there is NO o2 sencor on the manifold at all,,,and i cant even find the wire to reconect one.

out of the list i personally like the acura integra/rsx and the scion tc. Ive had many integras and yes they do get flaws over time that need time and patents to fix. my integra is over 200k mls and only has a idle issue (like any honda) which etcg tells you how to fix one step at a time!…but i guess the point of this is that id go with an integra…maybe a newer one, but the integra is my#1 closely followed by an rsx

ok…tried a couple things…maybe they will help!! the idle air control valve was un plugged (electrically) i cranked it up, and it idled high…and contenued to rise, until i noticed the throttle position sensor was off…now eveything in plugged in and in place as should be, and the idle was super low…to the point it would die at a stand still…so i idled it up a little bit. and now it idles pretty good with a acational drop and the rais and gp back to normal……another deal is when im in the clutch the rpms doesnt drop as quick as normal…they kinda float where it was…and same with a stand still rev…rev it up and it will take a sec to come down…help help help

i mean if your timing is rite (as in the cam is in the correct place tdc for cylender etc…) then it sounds like ur valve is too long…i believe that would be the only way to make that happen…makem sure absolutely no piece of the cam is touching…post pic and i can get more of an idea of fixing it..or even you have the entake and exhaust valve backwards, dont know if its possable…just thought

it sounds to me like you dont have the cam lobe in the rite possition and it pressing on it…if your not turning the motor over to do each of them one cylender at a time that will happen
