      I failed to mention this in the beginning this is a manual four-wheel-drive CRV.

      I did what you recommended. When I remove the bolt and try to put it in gear to set the cruise control it would not set. So, I had my wife sit in the car I pushed the sensor down to hold it in the position and then trying to wiggle it and move it up and down and the cruise control turned itself off. I’ve attached some photos for your viewing pleasure.[/quote]

      So I changed out the Tilts and it solved the problem. Thank you excavation point
