I have been in the auto industry for around 5 years now starting as a detailer. I have done body work, mechanical work, interior work, and lately concourse-level-restoration. I race a 1950 dodge truck in LeMons which sees occasional DD use. Joined this forum thinking that I might be useful doing some fix-it-forward work in the Denver area. Sort have been doing it for a while when friends, family, and referenced people show up with a broken car and little money to repair the problem. Have done a Ford Focus timing belt, Suzuki sidekick rod bearings, Geo Prizm radiator, Ford Bronco tune up, Subaru outback window regulator, Mercedes 300E door replacement, Ford Windstar intake box, Suzuki sidekick radiator, Jeep Wagoneer rust repair, Lincoln Mark VIII head gaskets……..Have yet to have one come back to bite me except for the Mercedes, but that is not related to the door, Sold her the car for 500$ and she never registered it and got a sh!t ton of parking and expired registration tickets.
