My husband replaced his radiator yesterday. While out driving to a friends house his tranny cooler line popped off. When I asked him what kind of fluid he used to refill it he said ” I don’t know, whatever Kevin had over there.” Kevin doesn’t own a Dodge PU. So I am pretty sure it is the wrong stuff. How can I fix this before it destroys the transmission. I know I can drain it, but how do I get the rest out of the tork convertor?

You have 2 choices,
A complete flush and fill.
Multiple drain and fills.
Before you go either route, suggest you try to find out what was used and compare it to what is required.
You may get lucky.
