WONT START

I have a 98 civic with a b18/b16 swap.when i bought it , i did so knowing that it was burning oil and would need the piston rings replaced and the valve seals. I have done this and now put it all back together and you guessed it no BINGO!
It will crank but not start …another thing is that the engine is leaking oil i believe from the head, and its a good bit(3or4qt’s)
Anyone have any idea’s as to what the problem is.
I need to have the car running in less than 3 days so i am VERYYYYYYY desperate.

Have you trapped a wire under the cylinder head when reinstalling causing a loss of compression (what is it with new rings?) and the leak? Gasket wasn’t damaged during installation? Correct for the engine (don’t just accept what the parts store tells you, check yourself). Always, always think logically and slowly when doing these things. As rushing it is a sure fire way to mess up

no wires trapped. and it seems like it leaked more from the back.
I think im just going to find somewhere to have the car stored becauase i cannot wait a few days to figure out the problem becuase i am occupying the garage witch my 85 year old grandfather uses and he now has to walk across the street and this has been for a few weeks so i have to call it quites.

could an oil leak be caused if the intake manifold gasket is faulty? and/or exhuast gasket?
